Expanded Universe

We put together the AE Expanded Universe for the Alleged Entertainment Fifth Anniversary t-shirt. The idea is that all of our past original LARPs take place in the same universe (which is, of course, ludicrous, but we can try).

Jaelen Hartwin is the official Keeper of the Timeline.

• 15th Century England – A town council deals with a very difficult set of problems.
• 18th Century – Rival pirate factions attempt to recruit unsuspecting seamen, including the crew of The Jolly Rancher.
• 19th Century Brazil – An archaeological expedition disappears in a cave.
• Above the Atlantic Ocean, 28 January 1986 – The Space Shuttle Challenger explodes, killing everyone on board.
• Minnesota, 1989 – Strange occurrences are noted at a small liberal arts college.
• Scotland, 1996 – Crisis is narrowly averted at Snaf University on the banks of Loch Ness.
• Brazil, 1998 – A second archaeological expedition sets out to find out what happened to the first one, and discovers secrets man was not meant to know.
• Rhode Island, 2000 – A ragtag group of intrepid explorers encounters a grisly fate in an abandoned mansion.
• Waltham, MA, 2003 – A new LARP group is founded, specializing in works of historical fiction.
• Chicago, 2006 – A theatre impresario, having failed at improvisational theatre, sets out to do things somewhat more… odd.
• Philadelphia, 2007 – A small group of homeless people meets to share dinner and stories.
• Washington DC, 2040 – A political action group gets together for a passover seder.
• Boston, 2064 – A controversial author reverses his positions on meta-humans at a book signing.
• Deep Space, 2450 – The Starship Petunia meets an interesting fate that will change history forever.
